The title roughly translates to "To Eat You Better." It was never officially published in English and does not have a standard English translation. The book's title is a well-known, dark play on the classic fairy tale phrase from Little Red Riding Hood ("All the better to eat you with!"). In the novel, the line is used as a critique of consumer society, middle-class values, and the predatory nature of modern societal norms.
