EN: As many of you know, we have been experimenting with new AI technologies at Theater Doppelganger this Summer and as a result, we generated a number of songs, musical arrangement, and collaborations with the AI in creating and producing musical versions of our own old and newly written texts / materials or the texts of others in the genre and legacy of the Polish "sung poetry" and "actor's song" tradition. We also ventured into other genres of music with all kinds of unexpected results and outcomes. I am working on the write up of the process and the experience as it is part of my ongoing Autography project,but meanwhile - Enjoy the music:

PL: Jak wielu z Was wie, tego lata w Theater Doppelganger eksperymentowaliśmy z nowymi technologiami sztucznej inteligencji. W rezultacie stworzyliśmy szereg utworów i aranżacji muzycznych, współpracując z AI przy produkcji muzycznych wersji zarówno naszych własnych tekstów (tych starszych, jak i nowo powstałych), jak i utworów innych autorów, nawiązujących do tradycji polskiej „poezji śpiewanej” oraz „piosenki aktorskiej”. Eksperymentowaliśmy również z innymi gatunkami muzycznymi, uzyskując przy tym rozmaite, często zaskakujące efekty. Obecnie pracuję nad opisem tego procesu i naszych doświadczeń w ramach realizowanego przeze mnie projektu „Autography”, ale póki co – zapraszam do słuchania muzyki:

Two online 10-week workshop-style seminars this Fall:

✨ Autography - Writing the Split Subject into Existence: Intro to Lacan and a Creative Salon

✨ Depression through a Lacanian Lens: Workshop on Grief, Mourning, Melancholia, and the Ethics of Desire

Format: Each workshop offers five bi-weekly Live Online [Zoom] Seminars (5 Sessions × 75 Minutes) + 5 asynchronous guided discussions on the off weeks + Dedicated Cartel Space for the entire 10 weeks.

Language of instruction & dialogue: English. We are committed to safe, inclusive, and supportive learning and creating environment. All levels of Lacanian knowledge and background are welcome.
